Pranayama and Meditation have been proven essential practices to maintain balance amidst the numerous stressors we face each day. This monthly class will help start or deepen a pranayama and meditation practice. In this class you will be given the opportunity to explore these harmonizing practices in a supportive setting and cues will be given to keep you engaged in and deepen your practice.
